Scope

• You can limit a search to only include articles published on, before, or after a date or within a range of dates.
• Enter the date in the "by date" field in the four main search modes.

Date Formats

• You can use most date formats, but do not use any format that contains hyphens " - "
  • Valid Examples:
    • 1/31/2000
    • january 31, 2000
    • 31 jan 2000
    • 20000131
    • 1996
• NOTE: Range operators must be used in front of search terms
  • Example:
    • after aug 1997 and R1 and engineer
