Advanced search enables you to
select specified fields (indexes of fields) to search through the
use of pull-down menus and 2-letter designation for the
fields.
You can use Booleans.

Usage
Use the pull-down "Select Index"
menu to enter 2-letter Index search designations in the the Entry
space.
Then type, following the 2-letter
search designation, the words you are searching for in that
index.
You can add 2 or more indexes,
but you must enter the index designation each type before the word
or phrase you are searching for.
